Our termite and wood destroying insect inspection service is designed help homeowners and property owners identify any potential issues with these pests. Our licensed inspector will conduct a thorough examination of the property, looking for any signs of termite or other wood-destroying insect activity. If any issues found, we will provide recommendations for treatment to help protect your property from further damage. Our is to provide you with peace of mind and help you maintain the value of your property.
Pool & Spa

Your pool requires proper maintenance and regular inspection so that you can enjoy it for years to come. Your pool maintenance professional is responsible only for the pool’s chemistry and cleanliness. Let me inspect it for all the other items that will ensure its proper condition and safety. I follow a comprehensive checklist and will inspect for the following: water level; leaks; valves; main drains, grates and inlets; blockages, debris, staining and biological growth; heater and thermostat; adequate fencing and gate security; deck safety; electrical safety, switches, alarms, and lighting; and more.
MOVE-IN INSPECTION: $450

Our Santa-Safe Chimney Inspection for Kids ensures Santa can safely visit your home. We check your chimney to make sure it's ready for Santa's arrival. This service is free with any paid inspection.
