My Inspector Certifications

Here are my inspector certifications. As a graduate of the InterNACHI® School, I am trained and qualified to inspect various systems and components of a home.

Trained & Experienced

As a Certified Professional Inspector CPI® trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org), I am part of the world's largest
nonprofit association of residential property inspectors.

I am required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow strict Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain membership in good standing.

To become certified, I completed courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including common and major areas of concern for home buyers such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. I am a graduate of InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
